ok. looks like the NG Player detected my save from Crusade, so i can play as Ascended. yay?

EDIT: gamebreaking bug> there's a "Lich Army" tactical battle which had a Ascended/Angel enemy innit which will always hang the game. impossible to retreat or continue with the game after that happens.

beat the game. looking back, Crusade was way more fun with its ease of getting common ingredients for crafting. and also the Fandom pages for Crusade are still alive for reference.

surprisingly deep rpg, but not quite as open-ended as the sequel "Explorer".

medals are kinda buggy. had to login to this page, exit NG Player, then start the game again for new medals to show up.

for the "Richie Rich" medal , i had to do it twice cause i spent away the 10K soon after seeing thr pop-in message in the game that said i got the medal, but the webpage didn't seem to have registered it. annoying.

koff, too bad(or good) that the sequels don't have medals on NG....

interesting but the game doesn't save when i quit. when i try to "continue" it goes back to the turn 1 tutorial again...
not sure if due to Privacy Badger randomly blocking things with the "NG" URL..

EDIT: working now. beat it with on normal difficulty with no wells. got he achievements in-games but the medals don't show up until i refreshed the page, continue the game and refresh again?

very nice. yes, it's probably a rip off of Puzzle Quest but it's free!!!
rather linear compared to the other Arkandian RPGs i guess. the spellbook and way magic works is far more unique than the others.

[Arkandian Explorer]

a nice, relatively simple RPG with lots of stuff to do. never beat it though.

[Undead Throne]

replaying it . as usual there's a huge difficulty spike after beating some of the "medium" difficulty areas. seems like i really need some of the higher armour and stun protection to survive. that or put on high-energy equips and spam long range spells like a mage.

but even then, still need some of the tougher henchmen cover my ass. Vampire(have life drain i think) and henchmen who have stun/ice skills seem to be the best. that or the Treants and 3 large-size demons for best durability. the cost of henchmen are not a good indicator of their usefulness.game never tells you what each of them actually does.

also bonus Johnny Depp as a pirate! (he just tosses daggers, not really tough here.)
